Welcome to Tri Star Food's ordering and returns policy section. Here, you can find all the information you need regarding our ordering process, shipping methods, and packaging. We aim to provide a seamless ordering experience for our customers, ensuring that your favorite Asian cuisines and ice cream products are delivered to you fresh and on time. Shipping is free on orders above $250, otherwise pickup is free while we are open.
All restaurant supplies and ice cream supplies are available for pickup or can be directly ordered to your door step if you reach the price minimum. All groceries and other items are available by pickup at our locations.
Returns & Exchanges
At Tri Star Food, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Our aim is to make this process as simple and hassle-free as possible for you. All goods and items that are sold may be returned for full price with a receipt or proof of purchase.
